"There's No Place Like Home"
People don't talk about it a lot, but finding the right real estate consultant can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.
First, you'll want a Realtor ready and able to make a fulltime commitment to you. I can and will do that since this is my full time profession. I am currently consulting in Carroll, Baltimore, Howard, & Frederick Counties. I also enjoy helping in Baltimore City where I have family and friends who work for the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Second, you'll want someone that knows the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. I have lived in Maryland most of my life and have worked for a number of years as an Accountant after graduating with honors from McDaniel College. I make a weekly effort to educate myself on the Maryland markets - I am ready to consult you about any questions or concerns that you may have.
Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. From automated home searches to using our company's high tech website tools to generate traffic to your listings, we do not spare any expense for our clients in ways of technology. It is my hope, however, that these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process. I greatly appreciate the trust others put in me to help them with their Real Estate Goals. Each opportunity is a gift that I do not take lightly.
